Exit Velocity is operated by Danny Mota, an individual based in the United States. Questions or requests: dmota152@gmail.com.
Your plan and holdings
The calculators and My Exit Plan run in your browser. Your positions, lots and scenarios are saved in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.
The one exception is the Daily Brief, which is opt-in for Pro members. If you turn on sync, we store a summary of your plan and your email address so we can send the brief. You can turn sync off or delete your synced plan at any time from My Exit Plan (“Delete my synced data”), and every brief email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will delete it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to run your account: your email, your plan and your payment status.
Newsletter
The free newsletter is hosted on beehiiv. If you subscribe, your email goes to beehiiv solely to send it. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We set one cookie, and only after you buy Pro. It is a signed cookie that remembers your entitlement so Pro features unlock on this browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Page-view analytics use Umami, which is cookieless and aggregate.
Service providers
We rely on a few providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), beehiiv (newsletter), Upstash (storage for Daily Brief sync) and Resend (Daily Brief email). Each gets only the data it needs to do its job. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing dmota152@gmail.com. Clearing your browser storage removes locally saved plans.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page. See also our terms and disclaimer.
